The maximum tilt angle applies to mirror-reflective samples. For diffuse reflective surfaces, the tilt angle requirement can be relaxed appropriately.
The value without parentheses applies to static mirror-reflective samples, measured at 20,000 Hz with 100-time sliding average; the value in parentheses applies to static mirror-reflective samples measured at 20,000 Hz without averaging. Test conditions were on a non-air-floating optical breadboard.
